Today, the family of five is thriving. "Two of our kids are very happy at McPolin, and our 3-year-old enjoys the Vail-run childcare at the bottom of the gondola," Gary enthuses. He loves mixing up his work schedule to be ready for family time. "Last year, I was on the mountain safety team," he says. "This year, I’ll even be operating lifts."

And driving, of course. English Taxi's professional, licensed service allows Gary to connect with visitors. "I get travel tips from folks, and I have many to share," he says. Page family summer trips often include England. “I want the kids to remember how to talk properly," Gary laughs. "And I can have a pint without a 'no alcohol past this sign' notice in sight!"

His PC lifestyle even permits Gary to stretch his acting wings; he’s appeared in a Netflix documentary and student films. “Maybe you’ll see me at Sundance someday,” he smiles. “And give me a call for any English voiceovers."

"PC is very different and appealing for us," he observes of his well-traveled family. "Mountains on our doorstep, free buses, summer e-bikes, two amazing libraries and great stuff for the kids.”  With winter, Gary focuses on family and the slopes. "This year, our littlest one will be strapping on skis," he says. "Can't wait!”
