A native of SLC, meeting her husband – raised in PC –  brought Julia here for good.  “We’ve never had a thought about living anywhere else,” she says. “We’ve been here for ten years now.”

Julia says the focus on community makes the Song Summit right for her  “Imagine hearing your favorite artists one night and then going to their TED-style talk the next,” she says. “We will have discussions and panels with the artists, three evenings of shows and late-night collaborations on Main Street,” she says.

“Something about Parkites makes us dig deep into the things we enjoy,” Julia believes. “The Song Summit offers a window into music and artists that I know will resonate.”

For now, Julia’s days are all about “bringing everything together –  vendors, venues, artists, music lovers,” she laughs. When down time finally arrives, she loves “quality time with my two boys, ages two and five, learning to mountain bike, improving my skiing, podcasts, enjoying a great view, and really wishing to start travelling again.”

We hope she likes autumn colors on her travels because with the Summit coming September 7 thru 10, you’ll see Julia hard at work right here all summer long, probably tied to her phone!  Find out more about the Summit and get tickets before they're gone on their website.
