"I cleaned a lot of hot tubs," Kimberley laughs about starting out. Today, her dedicated staff includes her son, Brandon. "We still provide personal service, and that first owner is still with us,” she says. “Through some crazy twists, I am now married to the realtor who sent me the referral.”
"I have learned patience, appreciation, and that most people are good," Kimberley says of running Moose Management. "I have absorbed a sense of community pride, too, and learned to give back."
Kimberley and Brandon work with children's author Thal Dixon, who visits local schools to teach. "Brandon learned of his work, and we sponsor Thal,” Kimberley says. “Our team gathers books to donate to schools." She’s excited about Thal's upcoming Moose Management children's book, “an idea I love! We will give one to every rental guest as a Park City souvenir."
A southern Californian, Kimberley’s appreciation for Park City’s kindness deepened when she experienced a frightening health crisis. "I am a breast cancer survivor," she relates. "Chemo and radiation were one of the worst years of my life. A couple of phenomenal local women supported me throughout, and my family and staff really rose up."
"Today, I simply wish for good health, travel to unexplored destinations and time with those I love. Time is a rare commodity."
