That business, Aspen Peak Productions, was born from a gap the couple kept seeing in the events world. Trevor brings over 25 years of corporate audio-visual expertise, while Rachel draws on more than 20 years in hospitality, wedding design, and event coordination — including work as a wedding photographer, AV production director, and luxury banquet director. Together, they realized clients rarely found a single partner who could handle both flawless technical execution and true aesthetic design. Park City, with its world-class venues, corporate leaders, and nonprofits, was the perfect place to offer both.

What they love most is transformation — turning an empty room into an immersive environment. "Whether we're engineering crystal-clear sound for a high-stakes corporate gala, designing custom velour and sheer draping, or setting up atmospheric moving lights and custom gobos for a luxury wedding, we get to be both technicians and visual artists," Rachel says. Watching a client's face light up when they walk into a fully transformed space is what keeps the work rewarding.

Away from production schedules, the couple enjoys Summit County's trails, food, and music scene. They're also active givers, partnering with the South Valley and SSL Chambers, NACE, and nonprofits like The Christmas Box International, the Lionheart Foundation, and Friends for Sight.

Looking ahead, Rachel hopes Park City keeps growing as a destination for premier events — without losing its small-town heart. "Our hope is that Park City maintains its tight-knit community feel, sustainable mindset, and deep appreciation for local craft and entrepreneurship."
