That sense of connection extends beyond the trails. “I was very intentional about choosing Park City,” says Jennifer, who relocated in October from her native Massachusetts, where she most recently served as vice president of the Cape Cod & Islands Association of Realtors. “I wanted a community with a positive culture and a real sense of connection—where people care about their neighborhoods, their businesses, and each other. My background in luxury and resort real estate felt like a natural complement.”

Over the course of her career, Jennifer has transitioned between finance and real estate more than once, each move expanding her leadership experience. “Eventually, I managed a top-performing brokerage office,” she says, “and from there, I was recruited into the association world.”

Now leading one of Park City’s most visible membership organizations, Jennifer is focused on listening, learning, and engaging. “I love relationship-building and the strategic side of the work,” she notes. “I’m getting to know our members and this dynamic, unique market.” She’s already zeroing in on housing affordability and availability as key priorities, “essential to community health and our workforce,” she says. “We’ll continue to be a solutions-focused voice.”

As Jennifer, her son (a speed-cube solver with a fastest 3x3 time of 17 seconds), and Marley settle in, expect to see her exploring local coffee shops, getting outside, and building new friendships. “What stands out to me isn’t just the mountains or the lifestyle,” she says. “It’s the people. I recharge through fresh air, good conversation, and experiences that make me feel connected.”

Already sounding like a Parkite through and through.
