A sense of community resonates deeply with RJ. His own childhood, marked by hardship and disconnection, shaped decades of searching through travel, spiritual exploration, and, memorably, a chance encounter with a plant-medicine ceremony in Costa Rica in 2003. “It wasn’t planned,” he says. “It was divinely orchestrated.” It took years to integrate all he learned, but his journey shapes his approach today: dissolving subconscious patterns and freeing clients from  what he calls “The Not,” painful internal messages “that we are not something, not good enough, for example.”

Over more than twenty years of practice—his current model launched in 2017—RJ’s heart-centered approach combines mysticism, emotional clarity, personal accountability and “freedom from the past and what we ruminate on.”

“I’m not a guru,” he says earnestly. “I’ve walked my walk and learned the key to transformation is reconnecting with your heart.” Smiling, he adds, “You already have the answers. I just help you find them.”

Reveling in the open spaces of his hometown with family and friends, RJ believes anyone can achieve internal freedom. With a full heart, surrounded by mountains and community, he’s in the perfect place to help others find it.
